Refund Policy

RETURN CONDITIONS

Orders placed on the BIRRA2 BREW online web-shop can be returned as long as they meet some of the criteria detailed below and above all meet the deadlines that are marked to proceed with the return of the same.

To request an online return with pick up at your home, please send an email to the BIRRA2 BREW Customer Service Department at tengosed at the following address@birrados.com specifying:

  1. The order number (which you will find in the order confirmation email)
  2. A pick-up address and details of the items you want to return.
  3. A pick-up schedule and a contact cell phone number.
  4. After verifying the data, we will send a carrier within 72 hours (whenever possible). To arrange the pick-up, the carrier will contact the sender of the return.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Return for purchase errorItems that are eligible for return, must be in perfect condition, and the packaging, the bottle must be unopened for the validation of the same can be carried positively. This right may be exercised provided that no more than 5 days have elapsed since the date of receipt of the goods.
  • Return for defective merchandise: If the customer receives broken, mistreated, wet or with any defect in the can or opened goods from the transport agency, he/she must immediately contact BIRRA2, at the following e-mail address tengosed@birrados.com This incident must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the order, and it cannot be guaranteed that it has not been tampered with at destination if the communication period is longer than 24 hours.

All return shipments must be sent to the BIRRA2 BREW warehouse, calle severo ochoa n9 28916 Leganés Madrid.

REFUND OF REFUNDS

Once the return request has been validated, and the merchandise has been picked up, its condition will be verified upon arrival at BIRRA2's facilities, and in the following days the corresponding amount will be refunded through the same payment method used to make the purchase,

In the process of collection and reception, the customer will be informed by e-mail of the status of the collection and, if applicable, of the refund of the money when it has been made.

If the customer considers the amount of the refund to be incorrect, he/she should contact us at the following e-mail address tengosed@birrados.com detailing the incidence and reason for the disagreement.

BIRRA2 BREW reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
