Our way of brewing beer is traditional, we do not filter or pasteurize, we respect the fermentation and resting times.
We use only natural ingredients from local suppliers. In our recipes you will only find water, malt, hops and yeast. In our process we combine the latest industry technology with traditional brewing methods and processes. We use the spent grain to feed the local livestock, the hops as fertilizer.
